Do I need to pay for the trial sessions?

No — the first 2 sessions are completely free with no commitment. You only enrol in a plan if you're happy to continue after the trial.
Can my child start at Level 1 even with no prior coding experience?

Absolutely. Level 1 (Code Explorer) is designed from the ground up for complete beginners. No prior knowledge needed — just curiosity!
What if my child already knows some Python?

We offer a short placement assessment during the trial to find the right starting level. Students can begin at any level that suits their current skills.
Is 1:1 or group better for my child?

1:1 coaching gives maximum personalisation and flexibility — great for students who want to move at their own pace. Group sessions (max 4) are ideal for social learners who enjoy peer collaboration and friendly competition.
Can we pause or reschedule sessions?

What equipment does my child need?

A laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection is all that's needed. We'll help you set up the free software (Thonny/Python) before the first session.
