Do I need to pay for the trial sessions?

No — the first 2 sessions are completely free with no commitment. You only enrol in a plan once you're happy to continue after the trial.
Is Scratch Jr right for my 5-year-old?

Absolutely! Scratch Jr is specifically designed for children ages 5–7. It uses simple picture-based blocks — no reading or typing required. Children drag, drop, and tap to bring characters to life.
Does my child need a tablet or computer?

Scratch Jr works best on a tablet (iPad or Android). It can also be used on a laptop in a web browser. We'll help you get set up before the first session at no cost.
Do I need to stay with my child during sessions?

For younger children (ages 5–6), we recommend a parent or caregiver nearby for the first couple of sessions. Our teachers are warm, patient, and experienced with young learners — your child will settle in quickly.
What happens after Scratch Jr?

After completing Scratch Jr, children are ready to move up to Scratch (Ages 8–12) — our block-based visual programming program — and eventually to our PyAI Launchpad Python & AI program.
Can we reschedule sessions?

Yes — we understand family schedules can be unpredictable. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Just contact us and we'll find a time that works for your family.
